Our purpose
Ceyora publishes practical, understandable guides for everyday questions about wellbeing, home, family, food, travel, and life skills. We write for general readers, not specialists, and aim to leave you clearer than we found you.
Research process
Articles are researched using relevant authoritative sources - government agencies, recognized medical and scientific institutions, universities, and reputable industry sources - rather than a single opinion or unverified claim.
Writing and editing
Before publishing, every guide is checked for clarity, relevance, factual consistency, unnecessary repetition, and unsupported claims. We would rather say less clearly than more vaguely.
Health and safety content
Health and safety articles are informational only. They do not replace professional diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or advice tailored to your specific situation - always consult a qualified professional for decisions that affect your health or safety.
Sources
Where an article makes an important health, science, safety, or factual claim, we aim to show the sources behind it in a "Sources and further reading" section, so you can read further yourself.
Updates
Every article shows when it was published and, separately, when it was last updated. We only change the updated date when the content itself has meaningfully changed - not for small wording tweaks.
Corrections
If you spot something that looks wrong or out of date, tell us the article and the detail in question and we will look into it.
Content assistance
Digital tools may assist with research organization, drafting, or editing of our guides. Every article is still reviewed before publishing, and we do not describe an article as reviewed by a human expert unless that genuinely happened.
